| This is a concert of 10 pieces by
international composers that sonify the brain activity of a person
listening to music. The pieces have been specially selected by an
international review panel to be musically satisfying to a general
audience and to be scientifically interesting to neuro-scientists!
The concert will be introduced by Dr Evian Gordon, CEO of the Brain
Research Company that recorded the brain activity data which was then put
on to the internet for composers to download. The final piece in the
concert will be the piece of music that the listener was listening to,
composed by award-winning composer David Page from Bangarra Dance Company.
