To prepare your LaTeX2e submission please use the wic2e.sty in the preamble of your document as follows.

\usepackage{wic2e}
The preamble of your file should contain some author specified information, workshop, title, etc, please see the file ICAD2e.tex on how you should alter your preamble to format your paper correctly.
\wicconf{Enter the name of your workshop here, followed by the year}
e.g. \wicconf{New Generation Programming Lanaguages, 1996}
\title{\bf Enter your Title here - the Main Words in Capitals}
