Travel
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) web site provides information about transportation in and around Boston. Boston is served by Logan airport as well as Amtrak trains. To get from Logan to BU, one can take the "T" (the subway; $1.00) or a taxi (roughly $25).

T access:
Take the courtesy bus to the Blue Line "Airport" stop.
Travel "inbound" to the "Government Center" stop (4 stops).
Transfer to the Green Line and take a "westbound B-line" train.
To go to the dormitory (10 Buick St.), get off the train on the 5th stop after "Kenmore" (the fifth stop after the train comes above ground; the 11th stop after "Government Center").
To go to the GSU (conference venue, get off the train on the 3rd stop after "Kenmore" (the third stop after the train comes above ground; the 9th stop after "Government Center").

Cab access:
Inform the driver that you want to go to
- 10 Buick St. (right next to BU's Nickerson Field) to get to the dormitory
- 775 Commonwealth Ave, the George Sherman Union, to get to the conference venue.

For those driving to Boston, daily on-campus BU parking permits can be purchased for a lot convenient to the conference venue. If you will require a parking permit, please contact ICAD2003@cns.bu.edu as soon as possible.
