Sunday, July 6
6 - 8 p.m. Pizza party reception sponsored by Tucker-Davis Technologies (Ziskind Lounge, George Sherman Union). Pizza, beer, wine, and snacks for both Workshop and ICAD registrants.
Monday, July 7
5:30 p.m. Box dinner provided to all registrants (Ziskind Lounge, George Sherman Union).
5:30 - 8:30 Duck Boat Tours of Boston (transportation from the front of the George Sherman Union). Registrants will be transported to the Boston Duck Tours meeting site for tours of historic Boston on amphibious transports (part of the tour will be on scenic Charles River). At the end of the tour, transportation will be provided back to the George Sherman Union and the BU dormitories.
Tuesday, July 8
5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Cocktails (BU Faculty Dining Room, George Sherman Union).
6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Conference Banquet (BU Faculty Dining Room, George Sherman Union). An after-dinner talk on "Acoustic Forensics" will be delivered by Robert Berkovitz.
Wednesday, July 9
3:30 - 6:30 p.m. Wine and cheese reception (MIT Media Lab Lobby). Registrants will be transported from the George Sherman Union to the MIT Media Lab for a reception along with both formal and informal presentations of Media Lab research related to auditory display. Following the reception, transportation will be provided back to the George Sherman Union and the BU dormitories.
