Instructions for preparing ICAD conference papers.

This format is similar to the ACM CHI format, except that ICAD uses a single column for the text, and
space for a copyright ntice is not reserved on each paper.

Margins, .75 inch all around except 1 inch on bottom.
Title: centered, all caps, Helvetica 18 pt bold.
Extra blank line after the title.
Authors: centered, Times Roman 12 pt, Bold
Contact address including email: centered, Times Roman 12 pt.
Extra blank line after the contact information

Text: single column, single spaced, Times Roman 10 pt, right justified.
The text should include an ABSTRACT section, Keywords subsection, and sections with appropriate headings.
An extra line should separate the sections and subsections. The title of each section, including the abstract should be Helvetica 9 pt bold in all caps. Titles of subsections should be Helvetica, 9 pt bold with only initial letters capitalized. Subsubsections should be Helvetica 9 pt italics with initial letters capitalized. All section headings should be left justified.
 

References should use the ACM CHI reference style (text cite uses numbers in brackets) and be included in a section titled references, alphabetized, and numbered. The second line of the reference should be indented to line up with the first authors last name.

The general reference form is as follows:

1. Lastname, F. M. The title of the journal article goes here. The Journal
    Name Goes Here in Italics. vol#, issue# (Month year), pages.

2. Zlastname, F. M., and Secondauthorlastname, F. M. The Book Title Goes
    Here in Italics. Publisher, Publishingcity, State, year.
