This list of paper is not yet populated, but a good starting point is the special issue of the ACM Transactions on Applied Perception (TAP) journal Volume 2,  Issue 4  (October 2005). The bibtex records of these 14 papers selected as milestones for ICAD are also available from the bibliography.
